Through their Wellness Edge project, Warren County Parks and Recreation increased accessibility for water sports by installing an access mat from the parking area to the river bank at Phil Moore Park and purchasing adaptive equipment. Specifically, they purchased 200 feet of access matting, 2 wheelchairs that can are submersible and float, and smaller adaptive equipment to support kayaking and canoeing.
