Description: The mission of the Paralyzed Veterans of America is to improve the quality of life of U.S.military veterans and others with spinal cord dysfunction through the use of advocacy, research, sports and recreation, education and communication. In addition to sports, the chapter organizes recreational and social activities each month throughout the year. Programs are provided at no or low cost, and adaptive equipment is available for use during programs.
